Twilight thinks it's just Anya with her fantasies, but then Yor is regularly confirming this, like it's nothing special, because she has no idea how normal people live their lives

What a convenient excuse to drag you to his room more often than usual for anime marathons and all-night gaming sessions. Like Mammon, he's a little uneasy about this revelation about just how delicate you are, but nobody gets injured playing video games. He's basically protecting you from your next inevitable accident.

Satan acts extremely annoyed when he sees you trying to hop somewhere without your crutches or lifting anything more than fifteen pounds unaided. Of course, he's just worried about you and expressing that in the most practical way he can. There's one character trait from Rhun that we have seen more than any other and it just breaks my heart.

Like sure, they are abrasive (Wer? Wer gefragt hat?!) and they are/used to be snarky (that scene when they were kids about the monster under the bed). And there is a whole lot to be said about Dark and White and Grey respectively.

But mostly they are just so very soft.

Roughly by point of order:

They worry about the kids that are being affected by the sweets that Klaus and Fips are giving to them. They also appear to feel strongly about people being influenced for the worse and being taken advantage of. (Weil ihr sie eh nur benutzt. Ihr Unwissenden habt schon genug Seelen beschmutzt!)

They make sure Ray knows that his efforts are known and appreciated (even though they immediately follow this up by telling him about the mean things that are being said about him, but even that is said to declare that those people are wrong).

While searching for Dark they take the time to make sure LurkyGirl is okay.

They make sure not to hurt the streamer (Papaplatte I think?) that Dark is using to hold Rhun off.

Yeah, they go along with Oskars plan to capture Dark. They were desperate (and I would guess not for themselves but for what it would mean for the world if they couldn't continue to due their job) getting weaker by the minute and all other attempts had failed. And the moment they realized that the chains were hurting Dark they stopped. Stopped and freed Dark and the telling Dark that they wanted it to be on both of their terms to merge again.

They worry about Oskar, some guy they have only known for a short time. When confronted with his betrayal and real plan, they don't react with hate or declarations of revenge but with concern about what their actions will cause.

When Pete, Joon and Ju find them, their first reaction is neither happiness nor relief. Instead they see Fips and all they can wonder sadly what happened to him.

They don't even rush Joon at first, even though they are currently living through the worst pain possible because they are still chained. Only when Joon is finished with his tale do they (Rhun and Dark) tell him to finally free him. And the best part? They listened. Because when they tried to send them home, they opened a door to North Korea. Because Joon told them that this is where he was born.

They make sure to save both Rainer and Joon, because they can actually do something for them.

Once they are at the hotel their first action is to return all their workers to normal and send them to safety.

They try to do the same with Joon and Rainer and then they loose their cool (and who wouldn't? They have guarded Eos face for hundreds of years. They were only just betrayed and had to spend the past whoever-knows-how-many days in unimaginable pain. And then such an obvious lie? -> side note: I hc that Rhun tries to be cautious but they are still very naive and always end up believing in the good of the people. This often ends badly for them and is one of the reasons they hate when others are being taken advantage of. It's too close to home). But then they let Joon and Rainer stay (Joon did say that they came in the hope of being safe at the hotel) and even take them to their most closely guarded secret.

Also, when Eos takes over and that energy blast sent Rhun flying? I think the only reason Joon wasn't also hurt was because Rhun was somehow protecting him with their magic.

I also need to mention that that scene where Eos is about to kill Rhun and Rhun doesn't say anything? Just bares their teeth and braces for it? That scene hurts on a different level.

And finally: Rhun not only saving Julia but also taking the time to (bluntly) explain that she has to be more careful. They even try to comfort her and help her deal with her fear! And then they make sure that Julia will never get lost again by giving her the Zahnseide (which going by the old Zahnfee song is probably not the first time this has happened. They did sing that the Zahnseide was being used in very unvonential ways).

Questions about the game: 1.Will it be possible to choose the MC gender? Is it possible to choose the gender of the cat in the same way? It's just that when I started the game, I named the cat after my cat and it was a little funny to me when the pronoun of the cat was "she" when my cat is male.

Being nonbinary, I just choose not to mention pronouns when writing for the game, so anyone can fit in their shoes. Perhaps I'll try coding it in for the next update so the cat can be male or female, according to player preference!

Probably not, as I'm not really good at setting that up in Ren'Py. I did make an MC design though! But what they look like is entirely up to you. I've drawn a POV shot of them wearing jeans and sneakers but that's about it. They can look however you like!

He knows about it, but not enough to really understand how it works! He finds it fascinating humans decorate their bodies with shiny beads and jewels, and turn their skin into tapestries for art. He'd probably assume you can take them off any time and that the tattoos are drawn onto the skin.

I don't imagine he'd want a piercing, but he'd probably try a tattoo! (Until he realizes it's ink going under the skin, in which case he might change his mind haha)

4. I wonder where Mychael gets things for the house. Where did he get them???

Her cheeks turn slightly red and she can't hold eye contact for as long as she normally does. 

Literally has no idea what she's doing. She has no prior experience or advice so she's in the dark. Please help guide her or be the dominant one.

Trying to figure out what she likes/dislikes and vice versa. 

I feel like she wants to top, but you’ll have to tell her what to do and if you like it or not. 

She also likes bottoming, and when you top you should overstimulate her. She won’t say it out loud but you can tell based on her expressions that she really enjoys it.

Doesn’t moan a lot so you’ll have to gauge your performance based off of her facial expressions and body language.

I'm about to start Act 3 in my rewatch of Arcane before the new season comes out, so this is as good a time as any to share my thoughts on how each of the characters in Arcane represent sociological forces.

This post is going to be long, so this post will be about Piltover:

Let's start with Marcus, who very much represents the 'Us vs. Them' mentality topside. A group of people who feel the enforcers didn't do enough to stamp out the criminal element during the uprising, and is left with a lot of resentment and insecurity about why that didn't happen.

But when they do try for that, they very quickly find out that the consequences are horrific, and now they have blood on their hands, and they're in power while their more experienced superiors have been removed from the equation, so they're floundering, facing pressure on every side, and reacting with more violence that doesn't resolve anything and just further increases the unrest.

(Until they get blown up by Jinx' long-repressed pain that they played a part in encouraging, but we'll get to that.)

Marcus doesn't really have a characteristic weapon, but if he did, it'd be a shovel, not just because this is the guy who found a hole and kept digging, but also because he discovered that this hole ended up being his grave, first metaphorically, and then literally.

Grayson, by contrast, represents the people who were there during that conflict, who fought in it and saw how monstrous things got. She's the boots on the ground, though, not the political class, so she didn't just see the results, she saw what it took to get there, and she's not eager to get there again. She's the part that maintains the divide, sure, but with a handshake right over the line. Willing to let things be and look the other way if it helps keep the peace.

But that peace is lopsided, and there is still a lot of unrest brewing under the surface, so when the peace breaks she's the first to go, caught entirely off guard by the ambition and anger still brewing in the Undercity.

Moving up that chain, we get Jayce, the well-off (but not ridiculously rich) upper class whose self-image insists that they are regular working class, and them 'making it' proves anyone can. The one who's grown up with surprising privilege he is not aware of, and who sees the world as remarkably simple, and the only reason problems still exist is because either the elite don't really care to solve them, or they're just not smart enough and Jayce's class would cut the knots that need cutting!

This insistence that things are actually pretty simple, that everything is just a nail to hammer down, is what allows him to be manipulated and taken for a ride by anyone actually savvy, but the power he ends up with still allows him to do a lot of damage (and makes people want to manipulate him).

But he's so stuck in his own head, and thinking he's fairly average and normal (and just smart and charismatic, instead of privileged), that he can't see other perspectives as reasonable.

But unlike the Marcuses of Piltover, the Jayce class started off genuinely meaning well. Their view of the uprising was a kind of beneficent condescension, as they were a step removed from the actual pain involved, so they likely went 'oh those poor people, driven to something like this by their poor lot in life (and not because we're actively exploiting them), clearly we should help them'.

And then when the help he's decided the Undercity needs doesn't work, because he never bothered asking them what they wanted or needed, he's confused and upset and, uh, kind of overreacts.

Going up one level more, you end up with Caitlyn. Caitlyn is the new upper class, who knows of the uprising only because of her mother's stories (and maybe because her mother was a bit more stressed for a couple of weeks when she was six), but otherwise the whole thing is too far removed from her personal experience it doesn't even register. She has seen just enough from the Graysons of the world to see that as a more honest way of living life than what her mother does, and so she decides to slum it, insisting she should be treated just as everyone else, unaware of how her class privilege affects any of those interactions as well.

Seeing it as a more honest living, as a goal to target with a single-minded focus, does lead her to approach the problem with a bit more understanding, allows her to actually see the Undercity and its many aspects, but even then, she's still coming from above, and her family is still responsible for much of that suffering, and when that check comes home, her appreciation for those nuances doesn't exactly survive.

Now, I said Jayces think the only reason things aren't better is because the Mels and Cassandras don't particularly care about solving those problems, and, uh.

They really don't.

The actual rulers of Piltover remember the uprising as this annoying item on the itinerary they had to deal with for a couple of weeks years ago, and they've passed responsibility to keep that from happening again off to the Graysons, so they can focus on the things they do care about: Getting richer and more influential within the council.

And while yes, Mel may be the more progressive rebel of her family, but in Piltover, what she wants is to not be the least of the Medarda's, and if that means turning Piltover into a scientific powerhouse, that's the way to do it!

The Undercity doesn't even register to her, and it doesn't for Cassandra either, as Caitlyn accuses her of, later (and I'm sure that's an argument that's happened in a ton of places).

Now, it's true that both of them eventually vote for peace, but that's because of their emotional connection to the Jayces and Caitlyns.

After all, the thing that makes Mel work is that she's been aimlessly building up political and economic capital, until she catches feelings for Jayce and starts to look at how to spend that capital, only its filtered through the lens of Jayce's own biases, because she doesn't have alternate lenses into the whole problem.

They've spent so long not giving a shit about anything other than their own status within the game the Establishment created for them, that when they finally do act, they are forced to do so without actually grasping it.

And that is, of course, the fault of the Establishment itself, the embodiment of Piltover as an entity: Heimerdinger.

Because Heimerdinger is an institution. Yes, he is the head of the council, but in a sense, he is the institution that underlies that council as well.

And like every other institution, he's slow to change. He completed his mission, achieved his goals, and has been enjoying the fruits of that labour for a good hundred years. He thinks he's done, and so he's stopped paying attention, at least in a structural sense, to the point where he isn't even playing the game the other council members are.

He's assured himself he is the board, and that everything is basically fine. The uprising was probably just a brief flash of something with little consequence to him. It was contained, so it's no motivation for institutional change.

And so he doesn't realise how bad things have gotten, how much the foundations of his grand city of progress have rotten and crumbled until Jayce (via Mel) kicks him out to form a new Establishment, and he finally has to think about what the fuck is actually happening.

It's in part a result of his long lifespan, and that sudden change is the one thing he's most afraid of, because what if the change goes bad?

The problem is, of course, that the change will happen regardless, and he's just neglecting to be part of it.

But hey, he does manage to be out of office when the result of his neglect actually blows up.

Good for him.

Speaking of his neglect, as we've gone up, we most also go down!

Viktor is, technically, the Undercity resident who's made it! He got out of the Undercity, and became the assistant of the Dean of the Academy, one of the highest aspirations possible!

But of course the Undercity hasn't left him. Literally in the sense of the degenerative illness, of course, but metaphorically in that, uh, nobody gave him the respect he deserved, unless he outright clawed for it.

Like, what the fuck is this guy doing as Heimerdinger's assistant? If this guy got the resources that Jayce got from Cassandra, imagine where he'd be?

But no, he has to work twice as hard to get half as far, and, unfortunately, he soon learns there's no point in asking other people for help, because they'll just tell him 'no', anyway. He'll still have to go at it himself, and he now realises he doesn't fit in the Undercity anymore either.

He has only himself, and like everyone in that position, uh, he quickly burns out. In this case, the tragedy is that he doesn't realise he does have someone next to him who he could reach out for help, and who won't go 'you're dying? That sucks buddy, but such is life!'

And instead of noticing that, in his burnout, he ruins that, too.

And as much as a lucky Viktor might partner with the Jayces of the world, he won't get the credit, and the Jayces of the world quickly get the kind of accolades that draw them away from the original work, and from helping Viktor with, you know, the whole dying thing, and the businessman beats the scientist regardless.

And we see this happen despite the good intentions of everyone involved, which is what makes this a sociological, institutional pattern.

Going the other way, however, is Singed, whose role as a disgraced scientist who clearly crossed a number of moral lines makes for an interesting commentary on both Heimerdinger's tenure, and Silco's proclivities, because he found a refuge in the Undercity, that was more willing to accept the many lines he crossed.

In part because they hardly have the luxury to turn him away. Silco's entire plan hinges on Singed's shimmer, so he gets to be a powerbroker there, too. Thriving as Silco lets him poison everything down there.

I had almost finished writing this post out, and then my computer died, and I wanna scream. anyway

both siblings are good kids, so when their parents take spider in and tell them to treat him as one of their own, they do it. spider is their baby brother (we don't know ao'nung or tsireya's ages, so they might be younger, but I don't care, spider's the baby of the family as far as I'm concerned) from the second he's brought into their home

tsireya is the sweet supportive sister from the very beginning, she loves having another baby brother to coddle and annoy (cause that's what big sisters are good for). ao'nung is the pain in the ass big brother who would die before someone harms a hair on his head.

tsireya is the empathetic, emotional protector sibling; she helps keep him grounded, gives him a rock to hold onto when he can't go to their parents, since his sort of parental trauma doesn't just go away easy, no amount of proper parenting with undo it, so sometimes he needs someone in his corner when his mind gets the best of him. ao'nung is more of physical protector, he makes sure no one messes with his baby brother, that he takes care of himself, and that he doesn't push himself too far.

tsireya is normally the one who follows him when he sulks off, and it always works out the same way; she goes to find him, sits next to him without saying a word, and then waits for him to fall against her before she wraps her tail around him. sometimes she starts humming or singing, sometimes they talk, other times they just sit and listen to the water or the forest. he feels safe to just feel and react and cry when he's with her.

ao'nung is his partner in crime, they're attached at the hip, constantly butting heads, and always ready for chaos. ao'nung taught spider everything he knows about their culture, diplomacy, leadership, and mischief; so not only are they good at pissing each other off, but they're good at breaking havoc against any poor unfortunate soul, and getting away with it (they're best friends and it shows)

when spider first joins the village, but was not yet adopted, tsireya tries to be kind and welcoming, as she did with the sully's joining the village. ao'nung does the same, in the way that he treats spider like he did the sully's; he antagonizes cause he's a stupid teenager. he hits a sore spot fast and see's spiders true nature very quickly. he thought that spider was a relatively well-rounded kid like him, thought he could take a couple jabs here and there, he didn't know how badly he had been alienated his whole life, so the few stabs at spider's human nature revealed how sad and anxious he was, how hard he tried to fit in. he's pretty protective after that, so you can only imagine how he reacted when he found out how spider was treating himself, and how he was being treated by the sully's after neteyam's death.

when spider goes through his mental and physical burnout, its ao'nung that won't leave his side; he practically force feeds him when he won't eat, is constantly offering him water, watching him sleep, forcing him to clean himself up. he makes sure he won't lose another brother (spider's body gave out during the clean up of the battle, ao'nung subsequently witnessed it, and after losing neteyam, it made him feel a certain type of way).

ao'nung and tsireya were the first people to get spider to smile again.

spider brings out tsireya's competitive streak, they always have some sort of petty bet going on between them; who can finish chores first, who can piss off ao'nung first, etc.

ao'nung and spider, no matter how they present themselves, are fair, intelligent, competent leader's. they are s perfect duo when it comes to helping tonowari maintain the village during the war times and they're are constantly surprising everything everyone with how serious they can be at times.

spider likes to show his siblings his live by making them things or doing their hair. he likes quiet time with his loved ones.

ao'nung and spider are a mirror image of neteyam and lo'ak respectively, and it makes them both a little sad, and it chills the Sully's to their cores.

when they sleep together as a family, the kids sleep between their parents, with spider in the very middle, cause they all know that boy needs all the cuddles.

My Saviour (Rumlow X Reader) Chapter Sixty - Have You Thought About Names At All?

For the next couple of weeks, you lay out your plan. Brock and Jack are good at this, you just follow along. Both Brock and Jack have several safe houses around the City that SHIELD doesn't know about. Having been best friends since the military, the two guys knew and trusted each other.

You knew that SHIELD had access to almost any weapon around, but the arsenal Brock and Jack have accumulated through the years, still takes your breath away. Every weapon known to man are there. From pepper spray and tasers, hand grenades and tear-gass to machine guns and small handguns.

None of them goes back to SHIELD. Too risky, they both say. Since Pierce actually saw them saving you. And Brock did what he did. Dixon feeds you with information whenever he can. And Brock and Jack gather up their military friends, stations them on various locations, to keep Pierce under surveillance.

To keep it from getting too obvious what you're up to, you're still staying in your apartment. But every time you leave, you turn on a silent alarm, so that you'll know if someone is waiting for you when you return. The whole thing makes you feel like you're in the middle of an action movie. It's thrilling, but at the same time scary. You feel like Rumlow almost sleeps with his eyes open.

You try to go on with your daily lives. Going to check ups for the baby, shopping for baby stuff. Try to make everything seem as normal as possible. As Brock tells you, you can never be too careful. Grow an extra set of eyes in your neck. You can never know who's who, when it comes to SHIELD. Pierce have people deep in his pockets, even people you might consider to be your friends.

Brock and Jack are good teachers. You already know combat, now you have to learn stakeout, and to be as Stealth as possible. And you don't have much time to do it. Pierce feels like a bomb, a bomb that could go off any second. Will you be ready for that?

The night before your first ultrasound, you finally get some time alone with Brock. And since you decided that tomorrow, ultrasound day was going to be a day off. You can finally relax in his arms again. Without thinking plans, Guns and murder.

- How do you feel, princess?

He asks, as he caresses your stomach. It has gotten a bit bigger. At least you feel so. Brock doesn't seem to mind.

- And how is he doing?

He leans down and places a kiss on your stomach. Smiles up at you, you smile back.

- I'm still pretty sure it's a girl.

Another kiss on your stomach.

- Do you think we'll find out tomorrow?

He asks, as he makes his way up to your face, kissing you.

- I don't know. I have no idea when you can see that.

He lies down beside you. Just looks at you. His hazel brown eyes, radiating love.

- Have you thought about names at all?

You give him a little smile.

- Well, if it's a boy. I thought maybe Jacob. I don't know. I just always loved that name.

You say. You never thought about actually having to name a baby. And that you two together have to agree on a name.

- I like it..

He replies.

- And if it's a girl?

You look away for a second. You're not exactly scared. But you do wonder how he will react to your suggestion. You haven't exactly talked about it much. And you don't know if he really wants to. Maybe it's too painful for him.

- What's wrong?

He gently grabs your face, kisses you again, soft.

- You can tell me anything. You know that, right?

- I... I thought.. Maybe.... Isabella, after your mom..

You keep eye contact with him. Waiting for a reaction. He smiles.

- What do you think about Abigail Isabella?

You move closer to him, and he puts an arm around you.

- Abigail, huh?

You say, looking at him again.

- Yes. It means "fathers joy". And that's what she'll be. And you of course.

You nuzzle your face into his neck.

- It's perfect!

You answer, taking a deep breath. Taking in his scent. Hoping that you'll remember this moment forever.

When you sit down to wait at the doctors office, you suddenly feel nervous. You grab Rumlows hand. He interlocks his fingers with yours, before looking up at you.

- Everything alright, YN?

You look down on his hand in yours.

- I don't know. What if something is wrong? What if something happened when I...

Rumlow places a kiss on your forehead. Like he always does, to show how much he cares about you. And when he want's to protect you.

- Medical gave you both a clean bill of health. And if there is something wrong, then we'll deal with it together.

- But what if...

You don't get to say anything else, before the doctor calls your name. You take a deep breath, before you walk into the office.

You both shake the doctors hand. Before he tells you to lie down, and lift up your shirt. You let go of Rumlows hand, while you lift up your shirt, only to grab it again the second you're finished.

- This might feel a bit cold.

The doctor says, before he pours some gel on your stomach, and turns on the ultrasound. Moving the little device around your stomach. Measuring, writing stuff down on a piece of paper.

- As you can see there..

He points to the screen.

- A healthy, good heartbeat. And right here...

He points again.

- You can see the spine. Everything is perfect. She lives like a Queen in there.

- She??!!??

Both you and Rumlow say it at the same time.

- Oh. I'm sorry. You didn't want to know?

Rumlow stands up.

- No, no harm done. You, were right, YN! A girl!

He leans down and kisses you.

- Abigail Isabella.

You say, smiling up at him.

- And she's going to be such a daddys girl.

You add. Before Rumlow gives you yet another kiss.

- Can we get some kind of picture of her, you know from in there?

Rumlow is overloading with joy and pride. You can see it in his eyes. And that makes you love him even more.

- I'm sure she'll look like you, YN. The most beautiful girl in the world.

He says, as he once again looks at the screen.

- I hope she gets your eyes.

You say, before you have to close your eyes, and let a few tears of joy escape them.

Everything is perfect, you're going to be a mom. Just one more obstacle, and then life can finally start.

I already ranted about this a little on Twitter and I wanna rant on here too! I just binged all of the animated show Skull Island on Netflix and all I have to say is...

Why can't Kong keep a girlfriend!? Either he dies, or she dies, everybody dies, or they end up seperated 'for thier own good and happiness' 😑

Like just let him have his little micro bride! 😤 There's nothing wrong with big strong King having tiny Queen to adore and protect!

I loved Kong the most in the Peter Jackson's film with Jack Black, and I cried so hard when Kong gave his life for her thinking she needed protection! The look in his eyes as she held his hand for the last time killed me! And you know what, there was love there! I swear up and down she loved him too—maybe not in the conventional way but still!

Imma be honest Kong in his interpretations feels more like a monster to me, not so much a giant animal like so many like to classify him, if that makes sence? Like has the same intelligence and sentience level as a human but lacks the ability to communicate. (Not saying that animals themselves aren't intelligent or sentient, just his is in a way that humans themselves can understand)

And I like ths idea of having Sans unable to talk or write! Half the fun is trying to figure out his thoughts from the tiniest micro expressions or his seemingly blank staring. Reader confessing how much they love him but yelling how conflicted they are over it because they're different species and how could that possibly work, all the while Sans just wears his perpetural smile but his eyelights enlarge slowly as his heart thunders in his ribs but the enlarging isn't noticable because they're already so large to Reader's perspective 😩

Let people wonder if he enjoys the newly harvested tomatos as a sacrifice as he simply tosses it back with no reaction just as he does every other sacrifice he's given! (He totally does but who can tell? His smile hasn't twitched or anything) Only reader is able to deduce his enjoyment because the next sacrifice is corn and he huffs. Doesn't react beyound that as he tosses that back too. Makes his grin twitching at the corners all that more enjoyable when Reader purposefully encourages the tribes to offer tomatos again. He tosses it back and the tribesmen are confused cuz he looks like normal 😂

He's overprotective turn to overdrive since he and his partner is in a unsafe position/location

He secretly hide his partner with impa village by impa permission in order to find a way to fix this issue yet he try to comfort his partner the best he can but if his partner is a fighter than he make sure they stay close to him

Twilight:

Twilight felt like he been slapped in the face or punch hard in the stomach to walk in to see what's in front of him

Twilight would try his very best to comfort his partner while hold back tears of his own and rub their back or pet their head

Twilight is the whole meaning of overprotective of their partner and refused to allow them to be harmed again yet he'll go to the princess for help

Wild:

He just slient and staring what's in front of him and hoping that this is a really bad nightmare, takes him a while to come down to reality but once does his first thing is comfort and ask "who did this to you?"

Wild grows protective of his partner even more if the champions,king find out of his partner. He's hesitant to seek help from zelda for a while but if zelda was with him on finding out about his partner then he'll willingly go to zelda for help

There's many hiding spots wild can hide them if they want too but if his partner doesn't want to do that he'll be glue to them to no ends

Sky:

Sky having a exe.error moment while staring at his partner yet is bearly/trying to get words out his own mouth

Sky goes to get help and comforting his partner the same time, he even skip sleeping for a few days to make sure that "whoever did this to them. Won't come back to finish the job"

Sky is protective,mother henning on his partner that even sun stay close for the two sakes, sun here for sky partner as emotional support/friend and is a remained for sky to rest but if sky refuses to listen sky partner the one to make sky rest

Legend:

Legend did reach his hand for his sword but once he realized that this thing is his beloved partner he dropped his sword and rans to them to check them, hug them super close in order to himself that "their alive! Their here with me"

Hyrule scream and ran over to his partner like he thinks they died (they arent)

Hyrule right away try to healing spell thinking it'll fix them but once he realized that's not the case he tears up more and apologizes to his partner but his partner would hug him

Hyrule look up ways to fix this issue of his partner from the chain's Hyrule's royal magic articles,his fairy mother, everything he can get his hands on. Yet he try his best and comfort his partner even in his sleep

Wind:

Wind tears well up and fell down his face to seeing his partner but not human body like he normally see everyday

Wind would seek help and once returned quickly he's full on comforting his partner to no end and is sad that this happen and he blames himself for not being there to save them but his partner would never blame wind just glad he's with them now

Wind will never ever leave his partner even if one of the chain have to forcefully remove wind from his partner if it's truly necessary

I don't want you to think I'm critical of dancing on her own OK maybe I am but I'm not here to .....make your day worse just give my own two cents I'm glad that peter gets therapy and I'm glad you mention peter is extremely young during all of this it makes me a little bit more empathetic to see his side of the matter and while it's wonderful that our lady character is capable to forgive him despite all this shit he put her through I still don't think she should be romantically involved with him like ever it not that he doesn't deserve her and bla bla (though that is also a very valid point) it not healthy for either of them she has seen him as an escape from her abusive childhood and clung on to the one thing she sees as normal it's quite similar for him to keep her with him because of his abandonment issues maybe there is quite strong love there but is it strong enough to take away the fact that they both view each other as coping mechanisms ? Im also much more optimistic and I like to think if anyone was in th place of the oc would've cut out peter along time ago which is what I wanted for them to go on healing parts separately from one another and find themselves and each other along the way again that's what is my hc for this actually that she views Gabe as the last starw forces him to move out And gets the fuck away from this man whose cut her of from so fucking much just cause he can't stand to have someone else in her life that's so so shitty but then I'm not her I don't even know how I would react if I was put in this situation humans are so weird in this way we are all wired differently while we like to think we want to do something some way we might do the opposite I guess I'm one of those people who like the "but this is the right way to go about things" ending rather than gray ending that don't satisfy me but that's my problem maybe that's what makes this fic so good for me it forces me to confront how I feel about morally Gray characters and complex situations rather than conforming to this good Black and white ending we have something Strange though it is also happy ending just not the one I agree with so yeah....the point of all this is youre a great writer thanks for writing this and I hope peter gets all the therapy he can lives with knowing that he's a very very lucky man cause I would've kicked him out a long time ago. I'm going to go ahead of believing that they never ended up together romantically

Hahaha this made me chuckle because I thought I was bad at rambling, run-on sentences with zero punctuation but I think you have me beat! I need to go reread this line by line because it's so much and I love it. And I'm glad you have your own opinions on it! That's what makes writing fun to me is seeing everyone's different takes and sides and who identifies best with what part. I love discussing my work and other people's work that I love in detail. Sometimes I think too many people just throw out a "this was good!" and then bounce. I want to talk about stuff and hear people's deeper thoughts. Esp for a fic like this, I knew it would potentially be divisive.

When I write, the characters sort of are their own people and I'm just their puppet for them to put their stories on the page. I don't know how else to describe it but I have such a clear picture of who they are, what they do, and why they're doing it that they become their own little entity chillin up in my brain. So when I write, I can say "How would x react to y?" And then they sort of take over from there.

For this particular story, I had two very broken, traumatized people. You hit it perfect by saying they were each other's coping mechanism. She has literally never had another friend in her entire life besides Peter. That is not healthy! None of this relationship is healthy. It starts off with Peter protecting her from bullies, the first and only person in her life to ever stand up for her, so she basically imprints on him as her savior. She views him through rose colored glasses. Even when he's horrible to her, when she looks at him, she only sees that scrappy little boy from the first grade beating her bullies with a stick. She can't separate that image of Peter from the man he's grown up to be.

Peter, on the other hand, is so psychologically broken that he's just as bad (actually, he's worse). He's torn between wanting to always save her but not being able to know how/being too scared of failing/her actually not needing him. He doesn't know how to navigate being a super hero and the deaths that come with that and how to keep up healthy relations. You are absolutely right when you say it's not healthy! It's very much not. His depression also lead him down the path of becoming hardened, bitter, and mean. He emotions are frozen up still.

What's funny is that I don't actually view the ending as happy. It feels almost bittersweet to me. She had been waiting her whole life for Peter to love her how she wants. This is the first time he's expressed that out loud to her. She's been waiting for that kiss for so long that I don't think anything else mattered to her in that moment. She's blinded by her childhood dreams. Peter is blinded by his fear of losing her.

Technically this isn't the "end" also. I mean, it's the end of me writing the story but they would still live on in the fictional universe. I do think that she would lose her virginity to him eventually and I do think he would be really sweet about it. But as for them working out long term, I really don't know. The thing about therapy is that it slowly unveils stuff about yourself that you didn't realize over time. (I also don't think a therapist would encourage this relationship, both hers and his, I think they would tell them to hold off on it). I doubt they will listen, though, because I know these characters. They are going to try before they are ready. They are going to try to force things and I don't exactly see the best outcome for them.

For the ending, it's not exactly happy or a finality of what they will be. It's meant to be hopeful and nudged into the direction of healing but that's where it ends.

The rest is to up to you, my love! Envision their messy attempts at a relationship to fail. Envision her striking up a conversation with Gabe a year into the future and him inviting out to movie. Technically anything that happens after they go back home is up to the reader! It's out of my hands!

Final points because I've rambled far too long, the story wasn't meant to be about what is right but what would happen if you put two messy, traumatized humans together and forced them into different situations. They wouldn't make the right choices because they've never been taught anything different. All she's ever known is Peter so, therefore, all she's ever going to chose is Peter...until she works on that in therapy and, hopefully, finds her own self again and learns how to live without her crutch. For now, they recognize their love for the other, whatever form that takes and, for now, that will have to do because they don't know any other way of living. Bittersweet! Not happy.

Thank you for this ask though. It made me happy that someone could even care enough to feel anger on behalf of a character I wrote and want justice for them. All I want is for people to love the creatures in my head as much as I do.

okay. disclaimer that i havent read th source material in fucking forever. for obvious reasons, its fucking stuckathome webcomic. however. he is my favorite character. so he comes back and haunts me once in a blue moon. [long inhale] so i have 3 cosplays i learned to sew to make of him, and a shirt with his symbol on it that i wear practically on the daily. i like him a normal amount.

so listen. im absolutely Enamored with the way hes written. how hes just... some fucking guy out here, doing his best. but if i were to completely analyze him, we'd be here for hours, and i dont want to do that to anybody. so instead ill just talk about what he Means, what he Stands for.

the fact that hes so... "normal." is so important to me. especially in a cast of characters who are complete freaks (affectionate). to see him just... bring up the people close to him, just so genuinely close to so much of the cast... he's so important to all of his friends, and that means SO much to all of them. he's a dork. he's the best of all of us. he's so normal. he's dumb. he's the leader, of course, obviously he is.

and then... he's fucking heartbreaking. to see in real time exactly where those little cracks appear and grow in him is so fucking heartbreaking, seeing how he reacts to it, how he doesn't. his sadness is a quiet one. its nigh silent-- hell, he seems like he barely even cares when the worst strikes a lot of the time! but he does. he does so much. and he's so frustrated.

there's something about some kid going through the end of the world, losing everything, everything, even if it looks like it gets put back. it never does. it's all different, it all changes, it's all replaced. he'll never have it back. he doesn't even know who he'd be if it didn't happen. the thought that he could be anything other than just... floating through it all, somehow making it through, somehow somehow somehow, somehow he's alive.

and... then it's just over. the world, everything is breaking apart around you, then suddenly... it isnt. what do you do then? who are you then? you can't go back to normal. you never could. your whole life was dedicated to avoiding some tragedy or another-- the fact that there just isnt anymore just... of course it wouldn't sit right! the way he handles his emotions, how he handles going through actual tragedy, is fascinating for such a "normal" character. how he projects his emotions on other things, how unsatisfied with how he is despite his friends' insistence that yeah, of course john's the best of us. how he doesn't even realize he's doing it.

something about losing everything, having it replaced but its just not the same, putting your everything into the One Thing everyone tells you that you do well... and then losing that too. something about it, man.

Ozzie's -

Probably the first instance is that I.M.P. is still not wearing disguises when they came back from the job. If this is really supposed to be after Truth Seekers, when they got captured by supernatural-stuff investigating agents due to not being disguised, then it'd be rather important to be fucking careful. Again, we don't even get any throwaway explanations, like there isn't enough money in the budget for disguises. Even if I.M.P. were in an isolated location, one would think it's a good idea to at least be extra cautious for a while soon after something like Truth Seekers

Next would be Millie, for not treating it like a big deal that Blitzo doesn't give a fuck that he's going to intrude on her and Moxxie's wedding anniversary night. This episode was legit the first episode where I noticed how Millie never reacts to any important shit, especially not the shit that Blitzo does. So I was watching Millie dismiss Blitzo planning to invade like an alien intruder, I was thinking 'why the fuck do you not care?' Like seriously, even if Millie enjoyed her boss's company, especially more than Moxxie's, wouldn't this woman want to spend time with her husband alone sometimes? Wouldn't she at least care that her boss's behavior is greatly bothering Moxxie and so would want to do something about it? And the part where she says id because him get to you', that's so fucking stupid because she should know that Blitzo is going to be there on their fucking anniversary night stalking them and spying on them. How the fuck does that not bother anyone!?!?

Blitzo could be stupid for not doing any research on Ozzie's whatsoever. I think most people would assume it was a normal establish you can enter like anyone else. (Although he was very clearly sneaking in and that could easily be seen as suspicious for the bodyguard or whoever at the door to do his job over so that there's already stupid) But then there's inviting Stolas along. I think that's definitely the stupid part because, Blitzo, did you really expected Stolas to leave you alone the entire damn night? Whether it's the out-of-depth lover boy the writers want to turn Stolas into all of a sudden or the lustful douchebag that Stolas actually is, Stolas is still going to constantly give you attention. You can't just ignore him! Honestly, Blitzo is probably lucky Stolas is too stupid himself to really notice anything that can get him in trouble with a demonic prince

Speaking of, Stolas for not at all noticing the fucking gigantic Ozzie's sign above the establishment where he's having his 'date' with Blitzo. Apparently, Stolas cares so much that Asmodeus is there but still went inside Ozzie's establishment. He didn't even know that until happening to hear the damn name (Speaking of, if Blitzo cared so much about not running into Fizz, you'd think he would look up where the fuck Fizz worked at. Seriously!)

Anyways, Stolas gets stupid for all of a sudden caring that he's caught being out with an imp. I mean, majorly, unbelievably stupid. Because Stolas invited him out to be a bodyguard in Loo Loo Land and was so fucking blatant with his flirtations both there and in Harvest Moon Festival. So why the fuck does he care now!? Stella wouldn't be quiet about how Stolas cheated on her so even more demons than otherwise are bound to know!

Wally's stupid for reacting to Stolas being with an imp like it's shocking news when he was the fucking host for the Pain Games in Harvest Moon Festival and saw for himself how blatant Stolas was in flirting with Blitzo. Why the fuck did Wally not call out Stolas then?

Back to Stolas, he was also pretty damn stupid for trying to invite Blitzo to do shit with him after the night they had. Fuck seriously, what part about that night made you think Blitzo would still want anything to do with you? You were already lucky that Blitzo was willing to give you a ride back to your home for some fucking reason so you were just pushing it until you finally toppled it over

I'm actually not sure if Blitzo was stupid for announcing his presence via defending Moxxie and Millie's sex life. I mean, I don't want to leave it out if there were other ways Blitzo could have defended Moxxie without taking a bullet like how it played out but I can't think of other ways. (Whether it was stupid or not, though, I still liked it because it got Blitzo to cry on the couch and feel like shit after six whole episodes of being a piece of shit)

Gott call out on Millie again for whacking Fizzarolli on the head with a guitar. Sure, she wanted to defend Moxxie since it wasn't Blitzo doing the harassing this time but she targeted the employee of a sin. Even without knowing that Fizz is Ozzie's lover - which makes this even stupider - this is still pretty damn stupid to do because Millie could have landed not just herself but also Moxxie in hot water. They're just lucky that they're only kicked out and no doubt banned

Finally, I gotta call out Moxxie on singing a love song in the most popular sex club or whatever like that in the Lust Ring. Fuck seriously, that's like singing 'My Little Pony' at a rock concert (and no, I don't mean that song as a rock cover or whatever you call it. I mean that song in all its fluffy-sounding glory). Why the fuck would you do this? Moxxie really should have serenaded her anywhere but the Lust Ring and especially not Ozzie's

Oh, and I guess I should include Ozzie. It's like, how did Moxxie get that mushy love song past the sin of Lust obviously not going to approve? Did Ozzie assume that Moxxie was fully aware of his club's reputation and definitely would provide a lustful song? Sure, Ozzie went out of his way to correct the situation but this feels like something that would have been checked prior

I think he's a little bummed out by it. Honestly, the way I write Toby, he's a bit immature but not in the "OwO wafflezzzz" sense, but he doesn't like when people don't react the way he wants and it makes him a bite bitey. So, you being so nonchalant about it makes him a bit pouty?

Granted, he's glad you're not freaking out, but at the same time, he comes back home, bathed in blood and you ask if he wants some coffee or tea and it drives him up a wall. Why are you so cool with this?

He still can't tell you exactly what his work is but like, you know. It's so obvious you know. And still, you do not actually care. Just ask him how his day is and he says something to the effect of "I killed someone" and you reply "that's nice dear" as genuinely as you can which is pretty dang genuine.

Does not understand how you're so sweet and soft though and okay with it. Feels he needs to protect you from whatever he's doing but you legitimately do not care. You know dang well what he's up to and it's just a :)))))

Toby absolutely adores you but he's a bit pissy he can't be all mysterious and angsty around you because you know. You know.

Masky

He's also quite confused at how you're just so cool with all of it. He's kinda grateful you don't really question him though because Masky prioritizes his job over anything and everyone else. You come in direct conflict with that as someone he loves. You not poking in his business keeps you safe, which keeps you and Tim happy.

He tries not to track his work life home and will often shove off your attempts to ask. He does not tell you about his work. If his clothes are ruined due to the working day, he will either sneak around your home, or change before he comes in. He refuses to let you know even though you know.

I think Masky is actually a bit unnerved with you being so laissez faire? Like, what? Is that normal? Other people he's tried seeing in the past have always been right on his tail about it, but you're already in the know which kinda makes him paranoid.

Masky is dead afraid you've gotten into his work which jeopardizes your life directly. But like, he sees how you react to other forms of violence and now he's wondering why you're so null to it because what?

Also very confused but he's not going to look a gift horse in the mouth. Will not push you in any direction other than "stay out of my work, okay babe?" That's it.

Hoodie

He's the violent whirlwind counterpart to Brian but also a brilliant strategist, intelligent and quick witted. He knows you know and he's conflicted over it. You're so sweet and loving, he and Brian are both helplessly in love with you, but at the same time your nonchalance is almost a red flag.

Of course, he knows that sometimes people just don't react but your incredibly aloof reactions to violence he and other people have committed is astounding. Why are you so okay with this? Not that you're condoning it, but it's like a normal Tuesday for you??? He does not divulge in his work with you either, you just know and he doesn't like that.

Hoodie has a watchful eye on you. He adores you as much as Brian does but the tabs he keeps on you are off the wall. He's not sure he should be dating someone that's just... okay with his work? Like, he still has some morals, and in the past, when people flip out when they find out (and Slender often kills them for it) he knows they were still "moral" people who didn't want to date a literal serial killer.

He tries not to think about it too much and have a "normal" relationship with you. He uh, the relationship finds a way. Do not talk about work with him.

He loves you though, he really does. Hoodie just wants to keep you safe as best as he can, and well, right now that means not acknowledging you don't acknowledge his job like that or even violence like that in general.
